Before you order, please carefully read the description, dimensions and care instructions on each item. Please bear in mind that colours may vary between the photograph on your screen, and the actual product.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, or if the product doesn’t suit. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
You’re welcome to contact us on 0403 207 399 (during business hours) to ask more questions about our products, and confirm whether they are suitable for your needs before purchasing.
It is important that you unpack your coca mojo order as soon as possible, and notify us immediately should you encounter any damage.
Damage notified more than 7 days after receipt will not be accepted, so please inspect your goods carefully as soon as possible.
All orders are registered with a tracking number and shipped from Kyogle using Australia Post. The shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and determined by the size and weight of your order. Delivery time is usually within 5 working days within Australia. For international orders, please contact us for a delivery estimate or feel free to nominate your preferred courier.

PRODUCT QUALITY AND VARIATION
We have made every effort to display the colours and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
Our items are hand made in Indonesia by traditional artisans, therefore, small variations and imperfections are to be expected, more so in the batik range. Please also read the care instructions for each item.
All screen printed items are done by hand by our printing team with hand mixed printing paints. Due to the handmade nature of these items (and external factors like weather and paint production) we can’t guarantee that every product will match every time.
